HEELS 101 is a heels dance program directed towards Beginner Dancers. HEELS 101 is a heels dance program, which focuses on the foundations and fundamentals of heels dance. Over four weeks we will introduce basic heels dance techniques and work towards more challenging beginner technical movements and combinations.
